Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SerialStorm (https://serialstorm.example.com) — an operations workbench for AI video series creators — provided by SerialStorm Inc. (Edit before launch).

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and a strong password, and you are responsible for activity under your account. One person or team per account; don't resell access.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Studio $29/mo, Pro $79/mo) bill monthly through Stripe. Plan limits are enforced server-side. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the refund policy.

3. What SerialStorm does — and doesn't do

• We store your series bibles, beat outlines, shot lists, prompts, schedules, and compliance-check results.
• We never generate video, never proxy paid generation, and never store your generation API keys. The Pro dispatch registry produces request templates with a placeholder credential.
• Compliance checks reference platform rules captured as of a stated date with confidence labels. They are decision support, not legal advice, and may be outdated — verify on official platform pages.
• Monetization ETAs are linear extrapolations of numbers you enter. They are estimates, not promises.

4. Your content

You own your content and grant us only the license needed to store and display it inside the service. You are responsible for the content you publish to third-party platforms, including disclosure obligations, music licensing, and platform community-guidelines compliance.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use SerialStorm to produce or plan content that is unlawful, that impersonates real people deceptively, that involves minors in harmful ways, or that violates the platforms you publish to. We may suspend accounts for abuse.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
